• The course includes important information on accident investigations and how to conduct an investigation, to identify the root causes of accidents and reduce their recurrence, the course provides important information on how to set leading and positive performance goals and track success towards a positive health and safety culture within organizations
• It is designed for managers and supervisors in any sector, of any organization. It qualifies them to become experts in the field of safety at the highest level, and they will also get acquainted with the procedures that they need to take, they will also acquire knowledge and tools that enable them to deal with safety and health issues for which they are responsible. Also, the Managing Safely course represents strong evidence of the need to make safety and health a part of daily management and work

• Anyone interested in understanding and applying occupational safety and health standards in accordance with OSHA standards

• All workers, including occupational health and safety supervisors and engineers, in factories, workshops and production units

Evaluation strategy:

The course relies on the use of relevant videos and written study materials. It is interspersed with group discussions and group work, where participants are expected to present their opinions on their assessments in group discussions.
