The quality management system (ISO 9001) is considered one of the most important administrative systems in the world that helps organizations understand, identify and achieve the requirements of their customers, and because of what has been imposed by the course of competition, globalization, technological and information development and the rapid change in customer requirements, the international organization ISO has adopted the necessity of adapting to those developments Keeping pace with the successive versions of the specification starting from 1987 until the last version, which included many fundamental modifications such as (additions – concessions – cancellations – new methodologies) which formed a new nucleus for a quality system that responds more to the requirements of organizations of all kinds, so one of the objectives of this basic program is to guide and direct specialists and workers on Quality systems, to clarify the method and foundations of the new version (ISO 9001:2015) in a systematic and safe process.

Program Goals
Qualifying individuals to work in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system, which includes issuing and updating documents (manuals, procedures and forms), setting goals, understanding the quality policy and its role in the system, and the role of training and evaluation in finding highly qualified human resources and how to achieve quality in various departments in any administrative system.
