Course Description
This course is an integrated program for project management according to the approach of the American Project Management Institute (PMI), which is based on the Project Management Knowledge Guide – Fifth Edition, which contains the best ways for the processes, tools and techniques to be applied and used by the project manager and team members.
Program Goals
This course aims to identify the professional project management methodology, which contains 47 processes and 10 knowledge areas. In addition to preparing the trainee for the PMP Project Management Professional certification exam
